a film idea

To film someone is to fall in love with that person.

I liked reading ever since I was little. Once I had a book all to myself, my heart would start racing. I always felt that way.

When I have a paper and pen, I feel better for no apparent reason; drawing when I was little, writing now that I’m older. I still draw sometimes.

I like to walk while the sun is setting. I can’t put that feeling into words. I watch the sky, and the clouds, and the birds, and the trees, and the flowers.

I love solitude. I think of God, of the many worlds and memories I have stored since childhood. It is like venturing into a wine cellar, or walking into an old bookstore.

Bookstores. I love those very much.

I like eating around a campfire in the mountains, where I can feel the air in my lungs.

I like the slow ritual of pour-over coffee in the morning, and the hushed excitement of red wine at night.

I love when sunlight filters through the leaves of trees; the way they glow, their shadows projecting onto the pavement, dancing.

For a time, I was embarrassed of these things. But not anymore.
